Cierra, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Hello everybody my name is Shaticierra Finley and welcome to my story on how I broke the cycle. We all have different life experiences and backgrounds, but regardless most of us want more out of life if this is you what holds you back maybe is the repeated cycle of complacency are always seeking validation, maybe you’re even feeling unmotivated for me I experience more of a non-traditional childhood. I grew up unstable and because I was a foster kid, my environment consistently changed. I wasn’t motivated until I had my own child at the age of 21. One day I promised it would be different for her so I use my struggles as a platform to create greatness and build six-figure businesses. Starting with an idea that eventually turned into reality here I am today a serial entrepreneur.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Honestly, no my journey has not been peaches and cream. Some of my struggles that I face during my childcare journey was finding the right team and getting my family to believe in my dreams.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I like best about our city is that we have the right and freedom of opportunity to do whatever we want to do. And that the sky is the limit. What I like least about the city is there’s not enough togetherness. We can all be great
