Today we’d like to introduce you to Haley Bogard.

Hi Haley, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey has really been about growth, learning, and finding different ways to help people.

I started in healthcare, where I developed a passion for caring for people and making them feel supported. From there, I pursued my career in esthetics and became a licensed esthetician. As I continued learning and gaining experience, I realized that I didn’t just want to provide skincare services — I wanted to create a space where people could take care of themselves as a whole.

That vision became Clean Skyn Spa. My goal is to grow Clean Skyn into a full wellness spa focused on whole-body care. I envision offering services such as facials, massage, wellness teas, cupping, wood therapy and body treatments, intimate brightening, yoni steaming, and other wellness-focused services. I want it to be a place where people can come in, slow down, invest in themselves, and leave feeling better and more confident.

But my vision goes beyond the spa. I also want to create an educational side of my business where I can help other estheticians succeed. I want to teach aspiring estheticians how to prepare for their licensing exams, help established estheticians learn the business side of the industry, and show them how to use AI and technology to work smarter and grow their businesses.

I’m also preparing to launch an Everything Skin & Health podcast, where I can have conversations and share education around skincare, wellness, health, the beauty industry, entrepreneurship, and the different factors that impact how we take care of ourselves.

So where I am today is really the result of continuously learning, taking opportunities to grow, and turning what I’ve learned into ways to help other people. My long-term goal is to build something that serves people in multiple ways through wellness, education, entrepreneurship, and community.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it definitely has not been a smooth road, and I think some of the biggest growth in my journey has come from the challenges I’ve had to overcome.

One of my biggest challenges has been balancing my full-time job while also building Clean Skyn Spa. I’m working, continuing to grow professionally, and building a business at the same time, so learning how to manage my time, finances, responsibilities, and energy has definitely been a process.

Another major challenge was moving from Houston back to Cleveland. I had to essentially start over when it came to building my network and getting my name and my business known in a new market. I know that I have great services and that I have the skills to provide an amazing experience for my clients. The challenge hasn’t been a lack of passion or quality — it’s simply been getting people to know that I’m here.

But I’m changing that now.

I’m at a point where I’m becoming much more intentional about putting myself and my business out there, building my community, creating content, and letting people know what Clean Skyn Spa has to offer. I truly believe that sometimes the hardest part of building something is simply getting people to see it.

And one thing I know for sure is that Clean Skyn Spa is here to stay. I’m committed to building it, learning from every challenge, and continuing to grow it into the wellness, education, and community-centered business that I envision.

Clean Skyn Spa is a wellness and skincare business built around the belief that self-care should go beyond the surface. As a licensed esthetician and Face Reality Acne Specialist, I specialize in corrective skincare and acne, intimate brightening, Swedish massage, facial and body services, yoni steams, and cupping.

My vision is to grow Clean Skyn Spa into a full-body wellness destination where skincare, body care, relaxation, and education come together. What sets my brand apart is my focus on personalized care and educating clients so they understand their skin and wellness needs not just receiving a service.

I’m also passionate about helping other estheticians succeed. My future plans include helping estheticians prepare for their licensing exams, learn how to run and market their businesses, and use AI to work smarter and grow. I’m also preparing to launch my Everything Skin & Health podcast to expand those conversations around skincare, wellness, health, beauty, and entrepreneurship.

I’m proud of what I’m building, especially while continuing to work a full-time job and growing my business after moving from Houston back to Cleveland. Clean Skyn Spa is here to stay, and I’m just getting started.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today without the people who have supported me along the way.

My mother, father, grandmother, my boyfriend, and his mom have all played a special role in my journey. They have encouraged me, believed in my vision, and supported me through the highs and lows of building my business.

I also want to recognize Mrs. K from Lababeria, who played an important role in my journey as an esthetician. She helped educate and guide me during my training and gave me a foundation that I continue to build on today.

My clients deserve recognition as well. Every person who has trusted me with their skin, booked a service, referred someone, shared my business, or simply encouraged me has contributed to my growth.

I’m grateful for everyone who believed in me before the vision was fully visible. Their support has helped me continue building Clean Skyn Spa and turning my vision into something real.
