Hi 1800, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio currently 19 years of age. Created this business at 14 got more understanding at 16 and focused on taking off before 21. Music always been a major part of my life. Being bored with no gaming consoles as a kid forced me and my brothers to freestyle to get over the drowsy days. When I got into school me and my school friends would freestyle at the lunch table. But not everyday was flowers and smiles, most days I would be to myself. Dealing with everything I go through physically and mentally. Till this day it puts stress on my shoulders and going to the studio helps me relieve my stress. Making my own creative sound in a space that makes me feel like this is where I’m meant to be.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Poverty is a main issue where I’m from. The challenges you’ll face there could either make you stronger, break you, or kill you. The obstacles were the people i surrounded myself around. The challenge is to make it out by any means necessary.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am an Artist who runs an entertainment business with 2 albums and multiple singles and EPs released. Performing across Ohio currently soon to be across the world performing in front of hundreds of thousands of people. I’m most proud of the motivation I have. I strive through the mud with snakes (people who want to take what you have), slugs (people that want to slow your grind down) , pigs (people that want to lock you down forever) and still have the motivation. I’m different because I know every aspect of this business from marketing & investing to music creation & performing.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I’m a huge risk-taker. I risk my life everyday I walk outside, every time I put money into marketing knowing my family needs to eat. I’m risking it all for the biggest rewards.
