Community Highlights: Meet Tiffany Mosinski of Planned Elegance

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Mosinski.

Hi Tiffany, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started Planned Elegance Weddings because I’ve always loved weddings, design, and bringing all of the little details together. What began as something small quickly grew as I gained experience, built relationships with amazing couples and vendors, and learned more about the kind of business I wanted to create.

Over the years, Planned Elegance has grown into a full wedding coordination, décor, floral, and rental company with a wonderful team behind it. There have definitely been challenges along the way, but each one has helped me grow both personally and as a business owner.

Today, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built and especially grateful that I get to help couples feel less stressed and truly enjoy one of the most important days of their lives.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. There have been a lot of moments where I’ve questioned myself, felt completely overwhelmed, or wondered if I was making the right decisions. Owning a business can be very personal because you put so much of yourself into it, so the difficult clients, slow seasons, mistakes, and setbacks can hit harder than people realize.

I’ve had to learn not to take everything personally, to trust my instincts, and to set boundaries even when it’s uncomfortable. I’ve also learned that growth doesn’t always look like saying yes to more — sometimes it means knowing when to say no and being confident in the kind of business you want to build.

There have been some really hard lessons along the way, but they’ve made me more confident, more resilient, and much clearer about who I am as a business owner.

Planned Elegance Weddings is a wedding coordination, décor, floral, and rental company. We work with couples who want a beautiful, well-organized wedding without feeling like they have to manage every little detail themselves.

We’re especially known for combining coordination and décor, which allows us to be involved in both how the day looks and how it actually runs. I think that’s one of the things that really sets us apart. We’re not just showing up on the wedding day — we spend a lot of time behind the scenes creating timelines, communicating with vendors, organizing logistics, designing the space, and making sure everything comes together the way it should.

I’m also very proud of the team we’ve built. Our couples aren’t relying on just one person. We have a team that works together to handle setup, coordination, décor, and all of the unexpected things that can happen on a wedding day.

More than anything, I want people to know that Planned Elegance is about making weddings feel easier. We want our couples to walk into their wedding day feeling like they can actually be present and enjoy it, while we take care of everything happening behind the scenes. Seeing a couple relax and enjoy the day because they know we have everything handled is probably the part of the business I’m most proud of.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
I think the most important quality behind my success has been that I genuinely care. I care about the details, I care about how our couples feel, and I care about making sure their wedding day is handled the way I would want my own to be handled.

I’m also very detail-oriented, which is probably one of the biggest reasons I was drawn to wedding coordination in the first place. There are so many moving parts, and I actually enjoy bringing everything together and making sure nothing gets overlooked.

I think couples can tell when someone is truly invested in their day, and that’s something I never want to lose no matter how much the business grows.
