Community Highlights: Meet Sapna Bafna of Manah Shakti

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sapna Bafna.

Hi Sapna, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I am an engineer turned holistic health practitioner. In my quest to find my wellness, I traveled through many roads far and wide to realize that the answers were right here inside of me. True answer to a problem lies in the skin of the person that rightfully owns the problem. We all are unique individuals with unique goals and needs. In this labyrinth of products, solutions, programs, and providers we have forgotten to tune into our inner self to know what is uniquely right for us. My incessant desire to find my own well-being led me to explore eastern and western philosophies and remedies. My solutions were far beyond modern medicine.

My spiritual and holistic upbringing supported me in tuning into my mind and body to find my alignment with my consciousness and strive towards a medicine-free, happy, and healthy life. I continue to make strides on this embarked journey and spread my learnings.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been a long road with constant learning, trying, and experiencing what works and what does not work. Over a decade ago when my health issues surfaced, I started out with diets and exercise. The results faded quickly as the new lifestyle was not sustainable with busy work and home life. Learning ancient eastern scriptures and yoga/meditation supported me greatly, but I realized something was missing. Eastern medicine was promising, but I struggled to feel good. I felt that the ancient eastern scripture (Bhagwat Geeta, Patanjali Yoga Sutra, Shiv Sanhita, etc.) are the ultimate solutions, but were far beyond the comprehension of the modern world. I understood the philosophies, but couldn’t implement them. I realized that we needed a bridge to be able to reach the profound knowledge of the ancient Gurus.

My introduction to energy healing/emotional release was that much-needed aid and the bridge I was seeking. Upon diving deep into the intricacies of my mind and understanding my thoughts, beliefs, and patterns, I was able to slowly but surely untangle the mysteries of my physical and emotional health. Finally, I had solutions to long-standing issues. My journey continues as I experience the vastness of my mind and consciousness and tune into its mysteries every day.

I felt there were way too many people who really needed to know about what I had learned the hard way. I felt compelled to share my knowledge and help them with their problems. I went on to learn several other healing modalities while helping my clients through my venture, ‘ManahShakti’.

As you know, we’re big fans of Manah Shakti LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
In Sanskrit Manah means mind and Shakti means power/strength.

Oftentimes we find ourselves stuck in patterns that inhibit our growth and interfere with our well-being. All physical, emotional, social, financial, and spiritual setbacks result from subconscious blocks from old memories, negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, and incorrect perception. The truth is that our mind can be our best friend and worst enemy.

At ManahShakti, I use emotions, memories, and somatic clues from the body to identify the root cause of a problem embedded in the energy system of the person. Mind, body, and breath are engaged using proven techniques to facilitate deep release of stored traumas, stories, limiting beliefs, and patterns that are blocking progress. Resulting uplifted consciousness brings resolution. Upon healing unresolved sufferings, bringing clarity and freedom in the mind, a better quality of life is assured. Clients are empowered with several tools and techniques to support self-healing.

Emotional release can greatly support any therapy or medical intervention speeding up recovery and even eliminating the issue at its root. It helps resolve things that seem to have no answers.

Through my training and experience, I realized that a big part of human suffering roots in 3 major buckets. Prenatal impression/birth, Relationship with parents, and physical abuse.

I support anyone who is feeling stuck or anxious, has a history of mother wounds/family wounds, fears, and phobias, and needs grief processing. The various emotional release techniques support permanent trauma elimination and all-natural pain management.

Prenatal healing also is a big part of my work and helps in resolving problems that seem to have no answers. It includes releasing trauma from clients’ time in their mother womb and birth complications, prenatal losses, postpartum depression. I also support emotionally healthy pregnancy which supports bringing an emotionally and physically healthy baby to this world.

My goal is to inspire and unleash my client’s hidden potential, so they can find their new beginnings. I have had success bringing positive change in my clients’ lives and wish to help all those who want to experience joy, emotional freedom, and overall mental and physical well-being.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Spirituality starts where ego ends. True success for me is devoid of ego. Through success, one should be able to bring upliftment in the society and simple on many faces. Every time someone walks out of my office with a happy face, I feel successful. 🙂

I continue to strive towards finding and realizing my life’s purpose. Ultimate success for anyone would be when they are in complete alignment with their life plan and purpose.
