Today we’d like to introduce you to Sunaina Bhagi.
Hi Sunaina, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey into content creation wasn’t something I planned it evolved naturally from my background in acting, modeling, and being in front of the camera.
Before becoming a full-time creator, I worked as an actor and model, which taught me the importance of storytelling, visual presentation, confidence, and connecting with an audience. When social media started changing the way people consumed fashion, travel, beauty, and lifestyle content, I saw an opportunity to build something of my own.
About five years ago, I started taking content creation more seriously. What began as sharing pieces of my personal life, style, travels, and experiences gradually turned into a community that genuinely connected with my content. I focused on creating content that felt aspirational but still relatable whether it was fashion and styling, luxury travel, beauty, lifestyle, or simply sharing moments from my everyday life.
Being an actor and model gave me a strong foundation, but becoming an influencer taught me something completely different: how to build a personal brand, understand an audience, work with brands, and constantly reinvent myself in an incredibly fast-moving digital space.
Over the last five years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with amazing brands, hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle companies, while growing a community of hundreds of thousands of people across platforms. Today, I’m grateful that what started as a creative outlet has become a full-fledged career and business.
The biggest lesson in my journey has been that consistency matters, but authenticity matters even more. Trends change constantly, algorithms change constantly, but having your own identity and knowing what you bring to the table is what keeps you relevant.
I’m still evolving, still experimenting, and still learning and honestly, that’s my favorite part of this journey.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road, but I think that’s true of any career that is constantly evolving. Content creation comes with its own set of challenges—from keeping up with changing trends and algorithms to maintaining consistency while constantly coming up with fresh and creative ideas.
There have also been periods when growth was slower or certain content didn’t perform the way I expected it to. Learning not to take those things personally and instead understanding what works, adapting, and continuing forward has been an important part of the journey.
At the same time, every challenge has taught me something and helped me become more resilient, adaptable, and confident in my work. I’ve learned to focus less on comparing my journey to others and more on building something that feels authentic to me.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
My work is centered around lifestyle, fashion, beauty, travel, and luxury experiences, with a strong focus on visual storytelling. I create content that is polished, aspirational, and engaging, while still allowing my personality to come through naturally.
With my background in acting and modeling, I’ve always been very comfortable in front of the camera, but I think what sets me apart is the way I combine that experience with my own personal style and storytelling. I don’t want my content to simply showcase a product or a destination—I want people to experience it through my perspective.
I’m most proud of the community I’ve built over the past five years and the fact that I’ve been able to turn my creativity and passion into a sustainable career. I’m also proud of being able to work with brands that align with my lifestyle and create content that feels authentic to both the brand and my audience.
For me, influencing is not just about numbers or following trends. It’s about having a recognizable identity, creating strong visual content, and building a genuine connection with the people who choose to follow my journey. I believe that combination of my on-camera background, aesthetic, personality, and ability to adapt to an ever-changing digital landscape is what makes my work distinct.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
I think what makes me happiest is having the freedom to live life on my own terms. 🙌🏻
What makes me happy is having the freedom to create, explore, and experience new things. I genuinely enjoy traveling, discovering new places, dressing up, creating beautiful content, and being able to turn those experiences into something that inspires others.
