The first problem that we’re trying to solve is that people with anxiety and mental health challenges don’t always like asking for help in public forums.
That’s why we anonymize profiles. While we allow search, sort & filter of profiles, your PII (personally identifiable information, like name, email, phone, age, and pronouns) doesn’t float on the internet.

The second problem that we’re trying to solve is that traditional marketplaces charge a hefty fee from the helper community.
PalUpNow! Basic lets pals keep 100% of the fee/gift they earn! Users can upgrade to PalUpNow! Premium at their own pace.
The third problem that we’re trying to solve is that traditional marketplaces and social media platforms prioritize profit over mental health.
We don’t monetize your online presence, since we understand the downside of such morally bankrupt business strategies and their negative impact on the well-being of our society.

We’ve faced some challenges typical of a small team creating a new space amidst incumbents. And then there were some atypical challenges due to turbulent markets in 2021 and 2022.
We’re learning as we’re growing, and we strive to:
