Life & Work with Tiara Ivette

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiara Ivette.

Hi Tiara, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I’ve been creative since I could remember, anything that had to do with fashion or art was always something I was fascinated with. As I grew up there became a real passion behind it and I grew as a multifaceted artist and creator.

My story? Well, I grew up an only child with just my mom on the west side of Cleveland, since I was by myself most of the time I got to explore my likes and dislikes and find what I love to do. Being creative was my thing and I just stuck to it.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
I don’t think I faced many struggles creatively, at least not nothing too much to handle. Probably money! But that comes with the territory, “the struggling artist” right? I embrace the struggle regardless, it’s all lessons.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
What do I do is such a crazy question for me because it seems like I have a hand in a lot of things. I model, I paint, I dance, I design, and most recently I style. I like the overall experience of being creative.

To create something from nothing. To bring an idea to life. I think what sets me apart is my perspective, and my eye for detail, I want everyone I work with to have their own unique experience.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I think the most surprising thing about me would be how awkward and reserved I am in person. I’m working on it! But, yes I’m very to myself, I like to do what I got to do and keep it moving.
