Today we’d like to introduce you to Zach Beebe.
Hi Zach, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born in Columbus, OH in which OSU Football / Basketball has always been a part of who me and my family are.
I went to the University of Toledo for business marketing and management, in which I dropped out my senior year when a venture capitalist offered to fund my first venture. (N.E.X Clothing Co.) It was a Streetwear boutique with both a barber and tattooist inside. We had such names as Mac Miller, MGK, Wiz Khalifa, Big Sean, and the list goes on that would come by before they blew up in the industry. That was what first got me into the music scene. I also signed my first Country Artist, Carter Winter, in which he was the first country artist signed to Jay Z’s Roc Nation which was pretty crazy!
I’ve now been in the management industry for 12yrs now, mainly in the music world. I have been able to tour and help out with some of the biggest names in the business. While all that was going on, I have always been close to the athletes at OSU… all the while, it would blow my mind that they could never profit off their Name, Image, and Likeness as some many other humans can. So, in short. I was tipped off months earlier in 2021 that the NIL bill was going to pass in which I purchased NILmanagement.com
I then became OAC accredited as an NIL agent with my business partner Ed Brown. Our main goal is protecting our clients! We have now became the one of the leading NIL company’s in the nation hands down!
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing is ever smooth, but “if you build it, they will come.” Well, of course, if you build your business on strong morals, ethics, and determination.
Also, when I was first started telling people I was going to create the business, most people told me I was crazy lol. (Believe in yourself and double down!)

Are there any books, apps, podcasts, or blogs that help you do your best?
I LOVE documentaries on any subject.
But a part of me wants to create my own story instead of read about someone else’s respectfully.
But I do have amazing mentors!
