Hi Carly, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After waiting table for 13 years, I went into real estate hoping to sell one home a month to supplement my income. Year 1 I sold 32 properties and have since grown a team of 11 that transacts 100 homes a year and is among the top 1.5% of agents nationally. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Not always. Change is always tough, and when I needed to make hires, it took a full year to find the right people.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
The market is shifting from this highly competitive sellers’ market, and rates are climbing
