Today we’d like to introduce you to Zach Panzeca.
Hi Zach, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
My story isn’t as smooth as people perceive it to be. I was always the chunky kid. I always got picked on, no matter the occasion; school, sports, after-school activities, etc. I never knew where I was going to end up and I always remember thinking I had to figure out my life as quickly as possible. Moral of the story I should have taken a deep breath because your purpose will find you.
Fast forward through the awkward high school years, constant job changes, and random college re-submissions. I truly felt lost. I was working at a hospital in 2018. I finally left said hospital job to experience working for a video production company, which I loved however that job taught me I can do this on my own – which is exactly what I did.
After leaving that position, I started working on my craft more and more each day. Connecting and networking with other creatives in the industry and starting to become more serious about my own business.
Something I have always struggled with since I can remember is my body image. Using the power of a photograph to empower women has been changing the way women look at themselves for over a decade. I wanted to flip the script and start empowering men. That’s why I started “The Male Collection”
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No. Nothing about this road has been easy, and that’s okay. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy.
Back in September of 2021, my OG Instagram page (6.5k followers) was deleted, with no warning. Rebuilding an Instagram from scratch is a huge obstacle. On top of that, I had 8 straight weeks of no bookings due to my page being taken down.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I specialize in male body positivity. I take the power of a photograph to empower the male body. Furthermore, when you hire me, you aren’t just hiring a professional photographer, you’re hiring your personal hype man! But most importantly – I am your friend. Your comfortability is number one for me and I do believe that comes from us first establishing a connection. Every step of the way, I am here to answer all questions & concerns. Let’s be honest, if you’re doing this for the first time and you’re anything like me, your anxiety is out of this world right now. I know it’s not easy getting naked in front of a camera, however, I take pride in providing a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere while we shoot. I use personal prompts to capture the raw + real you.

Something you may find surprising about me is I’ve been in 3 musicals. I’m a huge fan of musical theater!
