Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
After years of working in corporate America, I decided to step out on faith and go to school to become an esthetician. Growing up, I struggled with knowing how to properly care for my skin and suffered from hyperpigmentation and frequent dehydration. My own challenges led to my interest in skin care. I later fell in love with the art of makeup and body waxing.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
This wasn’t an easy transition for me – even though I knew I had the skills, I still had anxiety about building and operating my own business. It was a leap of faith to leave my traditional job and attend school full-time while doing freelance makeup and building my client base. My husband and family were very supportive of my goals which was paramount to my success. I just never thought I’d be able to achieve what I have accomplished today!
