Community Highlights: Meet Allen Harrington of Krazzy Comics LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Allen Harrington.

Hi Allen, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I always wanted to open a comic book store. I grew up reading comics and loved them. About 7 years ago I was getting ready to graduate from college. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do after graduating. It was my wife who suggested I star my own shop.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a easy road. I think the biggest hurdle was when the industries biggest vendor when out of business. Everything seemed so uncertain but the industry rebounded.

We are a comic book and collectables store located in Gahanna Ohio. We sale new and old comics, funko pops, manga and toys. We are known for our reasonable pricing and our Long Box Lounge. Th lounge has a huge selection of Dollar books, bundles and back issues.
