Meet Veronica Fronczak of I Can Go The Distance Events

Today we’d like to introduce you to Veronica Fronczak.

Hi Veronica, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
It all started with me helping coordinate my best friends wedding back in 2020. Her wedding inspired me to think hard about opening my own business to help others on their big day. In June 2021, I officially opened ICGTDE and my motto is to “Go the Distance” for each of my clients for their events. 5 years later, my assistant Gina Davis was promoted to Lead Assistant, and we added on Hannah Gilbert to start learning as well. We also have added more trusted vendors to our team that clients can book if they choose to save them time as well! We’re so excited to see where ICGTDE is in another 5 years!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road to your passion is never smooth. We had some passings in our family that really devastated us, I got married in 2024 and planned our whole wedding. These events really made me realize I needed to take a break on my business to grieve our losses, and to prepare for the wedding through it all. It was hard not having my brother and father in law be apart of our planning process for the wedding and there on our big day. We know that they were watching from above smiling down on us.

As you know, we’re big fans of I Can Go The Distance Events . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
At I Can Go The Distance Events, our goal is to make things stress free for you while you plan your next event! We offer Wedding planning (full or partial), and Day of Coordination. We also can help help, kids birthday parties, adult birthday parties, office parties, bachelorettes, destination weddings, bridal showers, celebration of life, engagements, and much more! When booking us for your event, you get a team that is trusted to make sure you day goes by just the way you want it, we can help you create a timeline to stay on track, set up/tear down decor, help you find vendors that work for your event, etc. My team and I put our hearts and souls into any event our clients book. We treat the event as if it was our own, and our clients turn into family. We make sure that the clients vision because that is the most important to us, and were also there to listen to our clients when times get rough. We travel all over Ohio running weddings/events, and would love to branch out into different states! Our website has discounted locations of places we’d love to work events, so we encourage clients to look at our website and see if their location is listed. Recently, I did a video talking about my brand, and who we are at I Can Go The Distance Events! I want to encourage future clients to watch this video to see for yourselves how great how team is, and our passion!

What are your plans for the future?
Our future plans here at ICGTDE is to have the assistants start to be able to do the wedding side of things on their own. Adding more help onto our team makes us more flexible to take on more weddings and events! We also have added more trusted vendors to our team that clients can book if they choose to save them time as well! We’d love to be able to buy an RV and travel the world doing weddings for as many couples as we can. The final goal is to one day open a venue that really speaks to every vendors/clients likes, one that is unique/beautiful with so many great ideas. We don’t want to give too much away on our ideas! You’ll just have to find out for yourselves! We’re so excited to see where ICGTDE is in another 5 years!
