Today we’d like to introduce you to Jaime Madison.

Hi Jaime, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started beauty school after three years in the medical field. I realized that my heart and creativity could be used in other ways. I have found being apart of the medical field has helped me so much behind the chair.
I first started out as a booth rental stylist, for a couple years, then moved on to working in my own studio/suite for 2 years.
Now I am an Owner of Timeless Beauty Salon that is a hybrid salon offering booth rental and commission. My vision for my salon was a building salon, starting from assistants and interns to being behind the chair.
We offer continuous education for everyone! We opened open March of 2026

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I believe there is always be bumps in the road… it just all depends on exactly how you handle the situation.

I always knew I wanted to specialize in Hair Extensions and Color services.
I built my business, by giving my clients the hair of their dreams. That includes making sure their hair integrity and health is my main priority.
I have always been very informational when it came to hair extensions and I do believe that is how I built my hair extension clientele

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Finding a mentor be sure it’s someone you also have the same business values as you. Helps give you more of an understanding.
I used a lot of social media net working to help build my clientele.
