My journey into entrepreneurship has been driven by a passion for helping others bring their ideas to life. I founded Project Management by Erin in June 2024 after recognizing how many aspiring business owners and organizations had strong visions but needed support turning them into actionable plans.
Project Management by Erin was built on the belief that every goal starts with a vision — and my mission is to help make that vision a reality. I provide strategic guidance, planning, and creative solutions that simplify the process of starting and growing a business.
In just over a year, I’ve transformed this vision into a growing brand that supports entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and community projects with precision, innovation, and purpose. I’m proud to see Project Management by Erin making an impact locally while building the foundation for long-term success and expansion.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Every journey comes with its challenges, but I’ve learned to see them as opportunities for growth. For me, the road has felt purposeful because my mission — to turn visions into reality — keeps me grounded through every obstacle.
As a business owner, I’ve faced the common hurdles of building credibility, managing time across multiple projects, and learning when to say no so I can stay aligned with my goals. But each experience has strengthened my ability to lead with clarity and confidence.
From helping children’s groups with fundraising to designing websites for nonprofits, supporting boutiques, and assisting local landlords, every project has been an honor. Helping people is at the heart of Project Management by Erin — and even when challenges arise, that’s what makes the journey so rewarding.

I also provide organizational support for landlords and property owners, including compliance tracking, vendor coordination, and project oversight.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned through this journey is that every goal truly starts with a vision. There will always be challenges, but keeping that vision front and center gives you the strength to keep moving forward.
I’ve also learned that getting started — even before everything feels perfect — is one of the biggest keys to success. It’s easy to hesitate or wait for the “right time,” but following through is always better than never starting at all. Each project has taught me the value of consistency, focus, and faith in the process.
