Today we’d like to introduce you to Tracy Ralyea.
Hi Tracy, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I wanted to be a hairstylist since I was little I would always cut my dolls and Barbie’s hair it was always a dream of mine. So I decided to make my dream come true. I went to Polaris vocational school while in high school.
I worked for high end salon most of my career, decide one day I wanted to open my own private salon. My clients love it.
My suite is very up to date and modern. Every person who walks in tells me how comfortable and welcoming it is. I want all my clients to feel at home while getting their hair done.
I offer color, highlights, balayage, cutting, and great lengths hair extensions.
What’s sets me apart from others is my clients are not only my friends they are family. I give each and every client my one on one attention. I love them all and am very thankful to have them all in my life.
I graduated high school in 1987 and that day I graduated beauty school and the rest is history. I have been doing hair since the day I graduated! I love it so much! Couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
My favorite part of being in the Beauty business making people feel pretty and spending time with the people I love.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It was smooth to get where I am today but a lot of work to open my own business. I am so glad I did.

My favorite is highlights, balayage, color, cutting, and great lengths hair extensions. I love them all!
I love talking to my clients about shopping. Everyone who knows me knows I love shopping.
I love My Salon Suite because I love the privacy with my clients. My clients love that. They have that one on one experience with no interruptions. I make my own schedule can come as early as I want and stay as late as needed.
