Hi Nehal, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
What began as a modeling career over a decade ago has blossomed into a thriving passion for creating unforgettable moments. While working as a model, I found herself spending long hours behind the scenes—waiting for hair, makeup, and rehearsals. But instead of letting that time go to waste, I turned it into a learning opportunity.

So during those quiet hours, I would ask the other event professionals—planners, florists, coordinators—if I could shadow them and learn more about what they did.

As I observed and absorbed the behind-the-scenes magic, a spark was lit. I saw a future for myself not just in front of the lights, but in the art of crafting the entire experience. It wasn’t long before I began organizing small parties for friends. I like to think that my natural talent and dedication quickly gained attention, and what started as favors for loved ones soon evolved into a full-fledged business.

With a growing network of local vendors who shared my commitment to excellence, I built a brand rooted in creativity, collaboration, and care. My mission has remained the same: to deliver events that are not only seamless but truly memorable.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My first official event as a business owner was a New Year’s Eve party in 2019. It was an exciting launch and marked the beginning of what I hoped would be a successful year ahead. But just a few months later, the world came to a halt with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Like so many others in the events industry, I was faced with an unexpected and difficult choice: pivot or close up shop.

With in-person gatherings no longer possible, I used the sudden downtime to completely reimagine my business. I began developing virtual event experiences, creating engaging digital environments where clients could still connect, celebrate, and make memories—safely and meaningfully. Through the relationships I had built, I was fortunate to secure my first virtual client: the Columbus Museum of Art. They entrusted me with the incredible opportunity to take their iconic Wonderball event online.

That moment was a turning point. It proved that with creativity, flexibility, and a strong network, even the most challenging circumstances could lead to growth and innovation.

The journey hasn’t always been smooth, but it’s been deeply rewarding. Every challenge has taught me something valuable, and each success has reaffirmed my passion for creating memorable experiences—no matter the format.

What brings me the greatest joy is witnessing a client’s vision come to life—seeing their ideas transformed into something tangible, beautiful, and unforgettable. Most clients have a clear sense of what they want; what they often need is someone who can bring that vision to life with precision and creativity. That’s where we excel.

At Style Amplified, our goal is not just to execute an event, but to craft an experience.
