Hi Stormy , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey may seem wild to you when you read this, but as you feel into the energy, you might be surprised how much you see yourself in this story, too. I remember asking my mom in middle school, “What are we doing here? What is the purpose of us being on this planet?” I know; it was a loaded question to ponder in your teens. As long as I can remember, I felt a longing to understand “what is going on” and “what am I here to do.” I searched high and low, from looking to religion, science, spirituality, travel, and my inner guidance system. I started with a career as a cardiac nurse, thinking this was my purpose: to help people physically heal. In 2018, I found myself working as a Cardiothoracic ICU Nurse in New York City, and it was in 2020 when things began to crumble.
I had my first spiritual awakening that woke me up out of my life. I realized, wait, I don’t want to do this, I don’t want to live here, I don’t want to be numb in my life. I was lost, burned out, exhausted, and plugged into a life I didn’t want anymore. Reflecting on my teen self, I asked myself again, “What is my purpose?” I took inspiration from my favorite movie, Eat Pray Love, sold my house, booked a one-way ticket, and traveled the world to find answers. I learned, played, lived, cried, healed, explored, thrived, and got lost, all while backpacking my way through Asia and Australia for a year.
Long story short, I was searching for meaning, for myself, connection, and anything that would make me feel alive again. This story might sound familiar because so many of us are going through it. We build our lives to look like other people’s lives…no wonder we are unhappy; it was never our life to create in the first place!!! I believe it is more important than ever to create a life you truly desire to live and create the things you are meant to create so we can do our part to raise the collective consciousness.
After reviving my soul back to life, connecting to my authentic expression, and creativity, I discovered this is exactly the “purpose” I was trying to find all those years ago. I now work as a spiritual teacher, writer, creator, and storyteller, sharing ancient knowledge, shamanic journey lessons, sacred heart technology, and self-discovery tools to open-minded souls ready to feel ALIVE AGAIN and live their soul path. I use my 10 years of nursing experience and 7 years of spiritual development to anchor in the energetic layers of the heart to bring these teachings to others. I lead a mystery school called CPR YOUR SOUL, which is a road map for coming back to life after feeling dead inside, and I also facilitate 1:1 spiritual mentorship.
I am the host of The Stormy Show Podcast – this is a resource for intense explorers of the heart, spiritually, and self to raise consciousness, connect to the divine through bold expression, creativity, and having the audacity to feel ALIVE AGAIN. I share my personal experiences and interview incredible guests who shed light on their journeys, passions, and teachings, too.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been a windy road to get here! The biggest struggle to get where I am now is the mindset. I felt like I was going crazy for wanting to quit my career and build something from scratch. It hit on many wounds- imposter syndrome, doubt, fear of being seen, and feeling unworthy. Especially because everyone in my life didn’t understand what was “wrong” or why I wanted a different life. It was hard for me to even put into words to describe, but I knew the feeling I was feeling in my bones.
It took me many years to be able to connect to my intuition, voice, and heart after years of shutting them down. Now, I show up as my authentic self, and share my spiritual teachings. This is what I teach others to do- to connect, prioritize, and realign their life to live their soul path. Shifting my mindset, beliefs, energy, and self-talk is still the biggest shift that continues to move mountains in my life. Knowing that each one of us is divinely worthy of abundance, wealth, joy, and love at our core.

What does success mean to you?
I define success as living in alignment. For me, this breaks down into four specific categories: freedom, creating, fully seen, and learning and teaching. For example, freedom of my schedule, freedom to travel to other countries, freedom in finances to go or do the things I want, freedom to visit family, and freedom in my body to move, lift, dance, and play. I want to be able to be creative with my self-expression, how I dress, in my work, my artwork, and the legacy that I am creating. Success to me means being fully seen in my magic, my abilities, my thoughts and ideas, and in my work. I also value both learning and teaching. Success feels like being able to learn, digest, and share what I go through in hopes of helping another.
