Today we’d like to introduce you to Tami Wisniewski
Hi Tami, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I have been an educator for the last decade and throughout it all, I’ve always enjoyed helping others and making an impact. It wasn’t until I became a mother (in July of 2022) that I had this calling to do something more. When I returned to work after maternity leave, it was very difficult for me to be away from my daughter. It was hard to balance both a career and being a new mom.
I’ve always enjoyed the administrative tasks as an educator and had the opportunity to help a friend a few years back when he launched his business. I helped him with tasks such as calendar organization, email preparation and scheduling. To me, it wasn’t a job, it was something fun that I enjoyed doing. This prompted me to start a side business as a Virtual Assistant in October of 2023.
Immediately when I went “live” with my business, I had a call for a potential client and was so beyond thrilled! I received an outpouring amount of support when I launched my business and within a few months I had landed three clients total. I was doing tasks such as social media management, content creation, graphic design, email marketing, organizational tasks, and more! I LOVED the content creation and social media side of my business, so I decided to rebrand in October of 2024 as a Content Creator and Social Media Manager with a focus on small businesses, weddings and other special events.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Launching a business has so many ups and downs! I think one of the biggest things I have learned throughout this process is that there is so much “mind work” to be done. It is very easy to get imposter syndrome and it is also very easy to give up. You really just need to keep pushing, believing and trying your best because what is meant to be, will be and you have to trust yourself that when one opportunity doesn’t work out, that means there is something better out there for you.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
As the Owner of Creative Content Cle, I work with small businesses throughout Ohio (and some virtually) by going to content shoots to capture the behind scenes footage of their day. My clients come to me because they are looking to grow their social media presence. I create a lot of trending reels within their niche, capture some pretty funny blooper moments, create a content schedule, research what is trending in their niche and have a content strategy for posting. I have recently been doing some script writing for my virtual clients that I create and send over for them to film and send back to me for editing.
In addition to small businesses, I also shoot content for special events; with a focus on weddings and other special moments. Often times people are wondering, “Why would I hire a content creator for my event when I can just hire a photographer/videographer?” and my answer is that a content creator doesn’t take away from your photo and video, but enhances your opportunity to get more of those little, behind the scenes moments that your photo/video may not have the time for. It is also fun to be able to recreate those trendy Tik Toks you see for weddings or other special events.
I am proud to say that I have a very strong attention to detail, which makes capturing these special moments so incredible for both me and my clients. There is no better feeling than seeing a smile on their face from something I created for them and in turn receiving their reviews and being recommended to come back or recommended to others.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I’m a big foodie, but as a content creator, “phone eats first” LOL so I need to capture footage of all my meals and this is definitely a trait that drives people crazy when they are hungry 🙂
