Hi Susan, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Generational wealth has always been a goal of mine while raising my son. I think I manifested it so bad that everywhere I turned I seen something that involved real estate. I first started wholesaling with my sisters for about a month literally and stopped because I didn’t like it. I felt like I could do more and I wanted to know more. I had a vision for myself and I wanted to get my real estate license. I knew that there would be no better way to learn all there is to know about real estate than selling it my self. I love teaching people the ins and out of purchasing real estate. My goal is to make the process of purchasing real property the easiest as possible. Owning real property is a real flex! Its a next level accomplishment, like getting degree or opening a business. Homeownership is the number one American dream and the quickest way to generational wealth. I have learned so much about real state and anyone can own a home. I want to encourage and educate those who are interested in owning real property how to be confident while excited during their purchase.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Real estate is a definite hustle. You get what you put in! So I can’t say its smooth or dumpy. I love adversity because it produces opportunities to learn! My model is “some doors aren’t meant for you to open’! ‘what’s for you is for you”
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a real estate agent. I specialize in selling real estate. I am known for being outspoken and giggly. I am most proud of being a mom and maintaining a successful career in real estate. What definitely sets me apart in this career of real estate is that I am always available! I am relatable and I give my client an experience!
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
My son, I want him to learn how to take care of his self. I want him to know the importance of owning property and how to maintain it and pass it down to his children. Not just the property it self but the knowledge and power of owning real estate. This also translates over to my clients because I am invested in this business and knowledge.
