Hi Max, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Max Bockoven uses his last name, Bockoven, as a moniker for electronic music production and DJ performances. He views music as the ultimate expression; creations in the studio you hear symbolize a piece of himself. At an early age, Bockoven found a passion for performing. He auditioned for every talent show during school, displaying his vocal abilities. He eventually started writing his lyrics but did not put any severe investment in originals until discovering electronic music production. With this, he had complete control of all instruments at the touch of his finger. The heart of his productions lies in a deep appreciation for melodies. Each track is carefully structured to carry the listener on a journey, with songs that soar and evolve, creating an immersive sonic experience, whether the infectious hooks linger in the mind or tug at the heartstrings. Bockoven performs regularly, often with Ope Collective, throwing House music events for over 4 years. His latest EP, “Hear to Stay/Ghosts,” is signed to Super 8 & Tabs record label “Scorchin’ Records.” Listen now on all platforms.
