Today we’d like to introduce you to Adrianna Smith
Hi, Adrianna; thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, you could tell our readers some of your backstory.
Shortly after giving birth to my first child, I strongly desired to become an entrepreneur. Since 2017, I have run several businesses and gained valuable insights into myself, my talents, and my skills. Social media has been the cornerstone of all my ventures since then, but I discovered my true passion for content creation, which has been a consistent thread throughout my work.
After a stint as a social media director for a mega church, I ventured into network marketing and later transitioned into online coaching. Additionally, I have contributed to media and communications by hosting and conducting interviews for nonprofit events, supporting their social media efforts and content creation. This journey led me to start my podcast.
The underlying principle guiding all I endeavor to leave people better than I found — is to challenge the status quo and remind individuals of their inherent power. Alongside running a creative content business, where I capture day-of content for business owners and events, I also work as a licensed financial consultant in the insurance sector, helping clients protect their assets. Furthermore, I have expanded my content business into digital marketing and products.
I struggled with conventional marketing advice to narrow my niche for a long time, as I am and will always be multi-passionate. However, what unifies all my pursuits is my mission of positively impacting people’s lives — enhancing their businesses, relationships, or outlook on life. In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a wife of nearly 10 years, a mother, and a serial entrepreneur. I am grateful for my journey.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, has it been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a smooth road at all. When I began my journey as an entrepreneur, I struggled with figuring out what I wanted to do. It took many attempts to try new things before I figured out what I was good at and wanted to pursue. I expected success quickly because of all my efforts, time, and hard work, but there were many mental blocks. I struggled with imposter syndrome, analysis paralysis, and feelings of fear and failure. Regardless, I continued to push forward. Just recently, within the past year, I have come to know myself, and because of this, I believe that no matter what I do, it will be the correct route for me. I trust myself and God and know I am following my unique path. I am thankful and excited for that.
We’ve been impressed with Content by Adrianna, but for folks who might need to be more familiar, what can you share about what you do and what sets you apart?
I am a content creator focusing on creating a day of content for entrepreneurs’ events, launches, milestones, etc. I also work in digital marketing and help others start online digital product businesses. I am also a licensed financial consultant protecting the assets of families and businesses. What sets me apart is that my multi-solution suite covers a multitude of solutions for everyday people and business owners. I am proud brand-wise that, as a business owner, I can relate to my clients’ problems and know solutions that make their lives easier. I want readers to know that my focus is client experience. I want my clients to feel safe with me and know I will always support them with solutions that make the most sense.
What are your plans for the future?
I plan to continue growing my team to provide opportunities for others who want to work in these spaces. I plan to launch a new podcast someday to give back the wealth of wisdom and knowledge I’ve learned over the years.
