Genti, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Opa Grill and Tavern was bought on May 1st, 2015, and today we have the largest whiskey selection in the State of Ohio, we do specialize in Mediterranean Food and Whiskey, and we do a lot of barrel picks.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road hasn’t been as smooth as we would have wanted to, but during Covid-19 we struggled a lot, but we did adopt and survived.
As you know, we’re big fans of Opa Grill & Tavern. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about the brand?
We are a Mediterranean restaurant located in downtown Delaware; we specialize in Whiskey!
