Today we’d like to introduce you to Joe and Samantha Bielanski.
Hi Joe and Samantha, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The idea for Excellence Home Group was created in December of 2021, through a bit of research, and a leap of faith. Joe was working for a New Home builder in the area and had been trying to get into their sales department. Ultimately, there was not a job available for him in Columbus. He loved the new home process and putting his clients into their dream home, but really wanted to work on the sales side of the transaction. Sam had been working for a corporate company for a few years and was seeking a career more gratifying, but still kept her around people every day. Real estate had been something we talked about every now and then, but that December, we made the decision to begin. We got our license in April, joined Keller Williams Capital Partners in June, and have loved every minute of it since. To date, we’ve closed 9 transactions, and the conclusion of our first year will be June 1st.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Similar to when you start any new career, there are bumps along the way as you begin to learn the ins and outs of the industry. But we have been so grateful to Keller Williams Capital Partners for their hands-on learning, and the agents in the office who are so willing to open their door and answer our questions. Every hurdle we’ve cleared thanks to our office.
