Hi Tanesha, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
While helping families for years leasing luxury apartment homes… I knew I wanted more. As a property manager for 4 years- managing several apartment homes throughout Central Ohio, I have mastered helping families secure housing. I loved my career as a property manager and meeting new people. I have always been the go-to person for my friends, and family. I decided the next step in my career path is to become a real estate professional and entrepreneur, I had to build a brand worth remembering.
In 2022, I grossed over 2 million in closed sales volume. Anchored by e-Merge Real Estate Voted #1 Realty Company since 2020- Allow me to guide you through the real estate process with confidence. Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Every client is different, and every transaction is different. Purchasing a home can be stressful, and difficult yet very rewarding. I enjoy the challenge and I take into consideration how my clients are feeling. My brokerage is super helpful with providing resources, mentors, and training available to me to help successfully guide my client’s home.

I am a real estate professional with e-Merge Real Estate. I specialize in buying, selling, and new construction homes. I am most proud of my success so far in my first year I closed over 2 million in sales. Real estate is a powerful thing. Where you live becomes the center of your universe: your “home base” and a place where memories are made.
