Meet Penny Robi of Nail Kit Lucky, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Penny Robi.

Hi Penny, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my journey around 2005, with a genuine love for people and a desire to create my own path. I’ve always been someone who believes in paving my own way rather than waiting for opportunities to come to me.

Over the years, that mindset has carried me through every stage of my journey. I’ve learned from the challenges, grown through the experiences, and continued to build something that reflects who I am and what I believe in. Nail Kit is a result of that journey; a company built from passion, perseverance, and a drive to serve my community.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Honestly, I would say it has been a smooth road for me. That doesn’t mean there haven’t been challenges or moments when I had to make difficult decisions, but I’ve learned not to allow obstacles to define my journey.

I’ve always believed in trusting myself, staying true to my vision, and continuing to move forward. There have been times when I’ve had to learn as I went, take risks, adjust, and figure things out along the way. But every experience has taught me something valuable and helped me become more confident in who I am as an entrepreneur.

One of the biggest things that has made the road feel smooth is my mindset. I don’t spend a lot of time focusing on what could go wrong. I focus on what I can do, who I can help, and how I can continue growing. I love people, I believe in building genuine relationships, and I’ve always been willing to pave my own way.

So while the journey hasn’t been without its lessons, I wouldn’t describe it as a struggle. I see it as a journey of growth. Every step has brought me closer to where I am today and has helped shape Nail Kit into what it is becoming.

As you know, we’re big fans of Nail Kit Lucky, LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
What I want people to know about Nail Kit is that we’re more than just a nail brand. Nail Kit is about confidence, creativity, quality, and making people feel good about themselves. I specialize in creating products and experiences that make beauty feel accessible, fun, and personal.

What sets me apart is that I genuinely care about people. I’ve always been a people person, and I think that naturally comes through in the way I’ve built my brand. I’m not interested in simply following what everyone else is doing. I believe in paving my own way, staying authentic to who I am, and creating something that people can connect with.

I’m most proud of the fact that Nail Kit represents my journey. It’s a reflection of the hard work, vision, and consistency that I’ve put into building something of my own. I’m proud that the brand has its own identity and that it continues to grow while still staying true to the values that inspired me in the first place.

At the end of the day, I want people to experience Nail Kit and feel like they’re getting more than a product they’re becoming part of something. That connection with people is what I’m most proud of, and it’s what continues to inspire me to keep building.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
If I had to give credit to anyone, it would be my husband, Jeff, and my entire nail tech team.

Jeff has been an incredible source of support throughout this journey. His encouragement, patience, and belief in me have meant more than I can put into words.

And I absolutely have to recognize my nail tech team: Moon, Christina, Ann, Josh and Tommy. Every person on this team plays a vital role in what we’ve built. Each technician brings their own talent, creativity, personality, and dedication to the salon, and that is what makes Nail Kit what it is today.

I truly believe that success is never built by one person alone. I’m grateful to have people beside me who contribute to the vision and help make Nail Kit a place our clients love coming back to.
