Rising Stars: Meet Chris Bianchi

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Bianchi. 

Hi Chris, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
My name is Chris Bianchi. I’m a worldwide Music Artist Manager, Record Label Owner as well Marketing Consultant from Akron, Ohio. I’m also a father, Husband, and Musician. I was born and raised in Northeast, Ohio in a single-parent household. 

Ever since I can remember, Music was special to me. As time progressed, I was in local bands throughout my teens’ eventually becoming the vocalist of the signed national touring band Forever In Terror. We were signed to Metal Blade Records while still in 12th grade. 

Upon Graduation, our album was released in stores worldwide, and our video on MTV2 Headbangers Ball. After touring for 3 years nearly full-time, I founded an entertainment company to help other musicians. CB Entertainment was born. 

We’ve gone on to help artists sign over 15 record deals globally and perform on some of the largest tours and festivals that exist for their respective genres. 

Furthering the need for helping artists, I started LEGEND Recordings with distribution through Ingrooves/Universal Music Group. 

Upcoming, we’re hosting a stage at a major music festival as well as hosting our own music festival in Akron, OH titled Summit Music Festival on August 27, 2022. 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There has never been anything else I’ve wanted to do beyond music and entertainment. As cliche as it might sound to say, I’ve just always known this was something I wanted to do with my life. Even if it is not necessarily on the performing side of things all the time. But still being involved in the process is extremely fulfilling just the same if not more! 

Representing different talents all over the world brings so many unique personalities. Every single one is different. There are new challenges almost every day to overcome. That’s what makes this career extremely exciting. Never a dull moment! 

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
As an artist manager, we’ve gone on to secure over 15 record deals all over the world for our acts. We’re known for being different when it comes to artist management and development. We take a hands-on and real approach. Truth in partnership across the board. This is what has made our firm continue to grow and thrive. The ability to develop talent while staying true to the artist’s integrity across the board. 

In 2022 we founded The Bianchi Foundation. A northeast, OH-based non-profit focused on giving back instruments and musical support to underprivileged families and children. Supporting our local community is important. 

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
Making a positive impact in the music industry. I want to teach artists that especially in today’s world if you want to make it bad enough, it is absolutely possible. Just as anything else, there needs to be a plan and purpose. Why are you doing it? My goal is to help others along the way. When they win and are happy, it makes me happy and fulfilled
