Rising Stars: Meet Casey White of Delaware

Today we’d like to introduce you to Casey White.

Hi Casey, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Over 18 years ago I started my new adventure in the nail industry in downtown Worthington. There I gained great friends and thorough training of the industry. I moved to Delaware with my family in 2012 and started dreaming of owning my own business in the area. I met the amazing ladies at the Green Door Salon in downtown Delaware and it all took off from there. I booth rented from them and gained many amazing clients and truly felt like a part of the community. The lovely ladies of Green Door Salon offered me the chance to make my part of the building my very own. In June of 2024 Pure Beauty Bar opened its doors!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been a pretty smooth ride so far. Finding the right nail technicians was a lot harder than I expected but we are thriving now and continuing to grow!

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’ve been a nail technician and esthetician for 18 years. I specialize in gel manicures, relaxing pedicures and Dermaplane facials. Pure Beauty Bar provides a clean, relaxing environment. We are very inclusive, all are loved and welcome here! Our clients always leave feeling relaxed, pampered and beautiful.

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
Instagram is a great resource of other amazing nail artists out there killing it! It’s very inspiring and super helpful to keep up with all the nail trends.
