Today we’d like to introduce you to Doychin Karshovski.
Hi Doychin, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My name is Doychin Karshovski, though most people in my ecosystem simply call me Doych.
On my business card, it says:
“Doych – The Discomfort Expert.”
It’s only partly a joke, but always a great conversation starter. It gives me a chance to share a truth I deeply believe in: we grow not by avoiding discomfort, but by designing and mastering it. That’s my specialty—helping people and teams engineer the right level of productive discomfort to fuel evolution, performance, and purpose.
My life’s work is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their next level of health, clarity, and impact. Across everything I do—whether in coaching, writing, filmmaking, or system design—there’s one unifying thread:
transformation—through insight, behavior, and intelligent ecosystems.

High-Impact Coaching & Mentorship by doychin.com
I provide exclusive, high-impact coaching, working with a very limited number of visionary individuals and corporate leaders. My approach combines physiology, behavioral science, and personal development, rooted in nearly 30 years of experience across elite coaching, competitive sports, Chinese medicine, and exercise science.
Author of the “This Book Doesn’t Matter” Series
I’m the author of the six-book Bulgarian series “Тази книга няма значение” (“This Book Doesn’t Matter”)—a playful but powerful journey through six fundamentals of human wellbeing:
• Breath (Дишам)
• Sleep (Спя)
• Play (Играя)
• Nutrition (Ям)
• I Am (Съм – in progress)
• Watchfulness (Внимавам – in progress)
Each book weaves science, metaphor, and self-reflection into practical tools. The series is currently being translated into English for global readers.
Producer of the Health Documentary Series “Medicine 3.0”
I’m also the producer and creative force behind the short documentary series “Медицина 3.0” (Medicine 3.0). These films explore the new frontiers of health and longevity, combining real clinical protocols with expert insights and personal storytelling. The goal is to make prevention and bio-optimization personal, practical, and urgent.
Inventor & Startup Visionary – Moytu.com
One of my proudest initiatives is Moytu (moytu.com)—a first-of-its-kind behavioral optimization platform that I’ve invented and provisionally patented.
Moytu uses subconscious nudging through sensory signals—sound, light, vibration—to guide people toward healthier choices, without relying on willpower. It’s designed to work with the subconscious, not against it.
We’re currently developing Moytu in collaboration with researchers and academic institutions, with pilot testing and hardware prototyping already underway.
Corporate Wellness Architect at DoychZone.com – Wellness Radar™
Through my company DoychZone, I’ve built the Wellness Radar™—a modular, data-informed, community-driven system for corporate well-being and performance.
We’ve worked with leading organizations such as Bulgarian Air Traffic Controllers (BULATSA), EY, and Oceans Investments, combining platform engagement, retreats, and strategic consulting.
What sets us apart is our core belief:
“Wellness isn’t a checkbox—it’s a culture.”
We build ecosystems that are human-centered, scalable, and measurable—from onboarding to long-term change.
If I had to distill everything I do into one principle, it would be this:
“Ideas are only as good as the actions they inspire.”
I’m here to help people and organizations turn insight into embodiment, and discomfort into their greatest catalyst for growth.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all. But if it had been smooth, I probably wouldn’t be who I am today.
I often see my life like a multi-season Netflix series. Each season brings new characters, unexpected plot twists, deep challenges, and—if I’m lucky—a few happy endings. One of the biggest turning points came in 2003, when my family and I moved to the U.S. That was a whole new season—for all of us.
It brought with it discomfort on every level imaginable—cultural, emotional, financial, professional. I had to rebuild everything from scratch: networks, identity, language, purpose. But that’s what I now call the true American Dream—not comfort, but the realization of your own resilience. You learn you can do anything, if you stay consistent and put in the work.
I grew up speaking just one language. Today I speak three. I even wrote a book in English—“401 Fitness”—just to challenge myself. I didn’t need to write it in English, but I wanted the discomfort. I wanted to see who I would become on the other side of that challenge. And I loved the confidence that came with it.
Over the years, I’ve faced burnout, rebuilding, and the loneliness of being ahead of my time—talking about wellness as a system or subconscious behavior change when no one else was. But each of those struggles shaped my edge. They taught me to trust that Netflix season I’m in, no matter how bumpy the road feels.
So no, it hasn’t been smooth. But I wouldn’t trade the bumps.
In fact—bring me some more 🙂
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I currently operate through two companies and lead an innovation startup—all part of a bigger vision to redesign how we live, lead, and stay well.
Want2GoFit LLC that operates as Doychin.com (USA)
High-impact personal coaching & transformational mentoring
This is my U.S.-based company (LLC), focused on exclusive, one-on-one coaching engagements with founders, executives, and high-performance individuals. The brand—Doychin.com—is built around deep, strategic transformation. It’s not mass coaching. I work only with a handful of clients who are ready for sustainable, soul-aligned change.
At this level, I bring nearly 30 years of experience in coaching, sports science, Chinese medicine, and behavioral psychology into one personalized container. Clients come to me when they want clarity, vitality, and leadership edge, and they stay because the work shifts their life trajectory.
Perfomize LTD that operates as DoychZone.com (Bulgaria)
B2B holistic wellness ecosystems for organizations
My European company, based in Bulgaria, operates under the brand DoychZone. This is where we focus on corporate and institutional wellbeing at scale—through a system we developed called the Wellness Radar™.
Wellness Radar is a modular, measurable, and deeply human framework for:
• Building internal wellness communities
• Designing retreats, seminars, and digital platforms
• Integrating wearables, onboarding flows, and behavioral tools
• Supporting organizations in aligning culture with energy, clarity, and performance
We’ve worked with forward-thinking teams like BULATSA (Air Traffic Controllers), EY, and Oceans Investments, helping them move from isolated wellness programs to a living culture of wellbeing that’s data-informed and community-driven.

3. Moytu.com
R&D startup – Behavioral optimization through subconscious nudging
My third and most innovative project is Moytu—a research-driven startup currently in the development phase. I’m the inventor and founder, and we’ve already filed a U.S. provisional patent for a system that delivers subconscious behavioral nudges using sensory feedback like sound, vibration, or light.
Moytu is designed to help people make better health choices—not by thinking harder, but by gently guiding them through ambient, subconscious signals. It’s a breakthrough in habit design, behavior change, and human-machine interaction.
We’re currently working with academic researchers and wearable tech experts to validate the concept and build the first MVP.
What Sets Me Apart
Across all three ventures, there’s a common DNA:
• A deep understanding of human physiology, psychology, and systems
• A commitment to measurable, personalized outcomes
• And a belief that well-being is not a product—it’s a community-based evolution
I don’t just coach individuals or consult with companies. I design ecosystems that transform how people live, work, and grow—from the inside out.
What I’m Most Proud Of
I’m proud that each brand stands for authenticity, transformation, and long-term impact.
I’m proud that we’ve helped corporate teams sleep better, communicate clearer, and lead with more empathy.
I’m proud that we’re building the next frontier of behavioral wellness—not by mimicking trends, but by pioneering something original.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I believe in luck, but not the passive kind.
To me, luck shows up when preparation meets the unknown. It’s the spark that lands, but only if you’ve laid the foundation for it to catch fire.
Yes, I’ve had lucky moments. I was lucky to meet mentors at the right time. Lucky to move to the U.S. when I did, even though it felt like total chaos. Lucky that some doors closed, because they redirected me to something more aligned. But none of those moments would’ve mattered if I wasn’t ready, willing, and open enough to receive them.
I’ve had my load of “bad luck” as well: failed partnerships, financial hits, projects that fell apart. But with time, I realized those were lessons in disguise, nudging me back to center. I don’t romanticize failure, but I do respect it. It always brings me closer to clarity.
One of the things I often say as “The Discomfort Expert” is:
“Don’t wait for luck – train for it.”
So yes, luck has played a role in my story, but it never wrote the story.
I did. With discipline, with vision, and with the courage to keep showing up.
If I’m lucky, it’s because I’ve made it a habit to be ready.
