Today we’d like to introduce you to Amneh Taye.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my holistic integrative work, after I broke my back working with the military in Iraq serving in war. When I got back to the states, surgery was the only option to recovery, I was told. At the time, I walked by a place called the Open Center in NYC. I walked in, communicated my symptoms, and was told there are non invasive healing modalities to pick from. At the time, I received a cranial sacral session, and Polarity Therapy session. Upon leaving, I noticed the pain had decreased, and I felt much better. I contacted the Open Center and booked more sessions, and eventually was granted a scholarship because of my military status, and learned as many holistic integrative healing methods I could. Since then, I have picked up many therapeutic modalities, including clinical hypnosis, therapy, and multiple life coaching niches.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting your own business, isn’t easy by now means. Mainly, finding the right clients in alignment with this kind of deeper life work. I get a lot of, “Do you give massages?” Then I have to explain the depth of my work, what energy, vibrations, and frequencies are, etc. Also, connecting with people who are ready to embark on their soul’s journey, isn’t always easy. Yet, theyre knocking on my door, at the right time.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My gurus Chari and Daaji, from India, taught me the most about healing and meditation, through heartfulness meditation. My grandfather, too, was influential for he was a darwish who healed people with energy, his hands, and music. My mother also paved the healing path for me.
Growing up, I watched my mother, Subhieh Al-Kunni-Taye, heal infertile women by giving them fertility massages. After doing some soul searching and research, I was able to figure out, my mother had inherited her father’s DNA, and was providing healing – which connects to ancient Mayan abdominal massage, also known as Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy. It is a non-invasive, complimentary therapy technique focused om te-aligning reproductive organs, as well as helping blood flow to them, which improved overall health and well-being. My mother had a gift she would share from her heart, and since she’s connected to Divinity, she was able to channel God/Allah/Source consciousness and frequency, which helped her and those she worked with, towards vibrational alignment and healing.
My grandfather, Amine Al-Kunni, my mother’s father, as a Islamic Spiritual Healer, a Sheikh, a Qur’anic scholar/reciter and – “friend of the path,” or “sahib tareka” – which gave him the position to have spiritual gifts to heal with sound, by touch, and even, his mere presence. My grandfather never taught my mother, however, there is something to say about the energy, frequency, and vibrations some souls are able to access, transmit, and share – as they evolve on a soul and consciousness level, that enables their gifts to be used for the progress of humanity.
This work is also dedicated to my Gurus , Daaji, Chari, Babuji, and Lalaji, the creators and developers of Heartfulness (Sahaj Marg) meditation practice. Along with my ancestral lineage in higher consciousness and healer genetics, I was helped along my path by the transmission of prana huti, or energy potential, by my gurus. This helped clear lifetimes of impressions upon my soul, which helped me evolve spiritually and thus, become that much more open to a higher, more evolved paths of spiritual advancement and healing, in general.
