Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely Not a smooth road. Over my 33-year career as a business owner and fitness professional, I’ve faced my share of obstacles—navigating the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, adapting to industry changes, and constantly evolving my services to meet client needs. Early on, building a steady client base and establishing trust in a competitive market was a major challenge. Managing time between hands-on training, business operations, and content creation often felt overwhelming, especially as the team grew. Staying resilient through economic downturns, shifting trends, and personal setbacks required grit and adaptability. Despite these hurdles, my commitment to empowering others through health and wellness has kept me moving forward, always striving to grow and serve my community. I can go into great detail (some entertaining stories) with specific incidents
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I identify as a fitness professional, offering expertise in wellness programming, personal training, athletic training, and group class instruction across various formats, from boot camp to water aerobics and Zumba.
