Today we’d like to introduce you to Judith Marie Bailey.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I say this is my second life. My earlier years spent working a 9 – 5 very stressful desk job. I can’t say that I didn’t learn many lessons from that, with the big one being this is not how I want to spend the rest of my life. I continued my work there, taking classes in the evenings putting the pieces of the puzzle together, and laying the groundwork to eventually leave there to move forward on my path. Then one day I knew I just couldn’t do this any longer, and it was time to fly! And I did !
I began my journey with the physical teaching group exercises classes, and becoming a certified personal trainer. This led me to completing my 200 hour yoga instructor certification. This yoga training was definitely life changing, delving into not just the physical but the spiritual world. This led to becoming a reiki practitioner/ master teacher. My heart and soul felt there was so much more healing that could be done through massage, specifically craniosacral therapy, I went back to school and became a licensed massage therapist specializing in craniosacral therapy. I continued my learning becoming a certified chakra healer, crystal master teacher, and shaman courses. Energy work is my passion so I began learning more about auras and the colors that surround us. As a result, I became an Aura Photographer. This gives me the ability to show people in 3D the colors that flow around them. Not just showing them a photo of the colors surrounding them, but offering them a full chakra/energetic reading. Aura Photography is something that I travel doing, but also offer appointments at my studio. I have met the most amazing souls! I love helping them on their journey. But not just the humans, but also the furr babies too! I am a huge animal lover. I also offer pet aura photography for cats and dogs as well. Looking at your pet’s colors, and chakras.
I love sharing my knowledge with others. I offer workshops at my studio on various topics including crystals, numerology, and pendulums. I host psychic fairs as well.
Fun fact about me is I was born left handed, however my mother switched my hands when I was young so I would be right handed. That being said, with all the spiritual work I’ve done, my left side has really opened up. I began creating with crystals.
First crystal pendulums, then crystal crowns, bracelets, earrings, and crystal headbands. Pouring my intention and reiki healing into each and every creation. My most recent creations are the Glimmers. The opposite of triggers. Bracelets that remind you of that glimmer of hope, love, courage, or calm. Whatever you need the most.
This journey has not always been easy, but so worth it. I appreciate so much each and everyone that supports me. I love this life I’ve created doing all the things that set my soul on fire! I am thankful.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
A big struggle was making that leap of faith from a solid full time employment to self employment. Financially it has not always been easy, but so worth it. Not being a prisoner to a time clock it a whole new freedom.
Not really knowing the first thing about marketing, I’m still finding my way with that. Getting those people that would benefit from my services to find me. I’m nestled in a very small town.
My current location is my 4th space. I began in one small room. Finding the right space energetically was definitely a process, but I’ve found that spot. The energy is phenomenal and it definitely home.
There have been times along this journey it’s been really hard – I mean really hard – counting change to make the rent, and going without many things. At the end of the day, I have no regrets. I love this life. It’s a wonderful world!
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
The first thing that comes to mind is Aura Photography/Chakra readings. This is definitely a specialty. I sit down with people, show them their aura colors, and chakras giving them a complete energetic reading. This is a great look at their energy as a whole, and help guide them on their journey. It is also so validating to show them what they are doing well, and areas they could work on.
I also offer Aura Photography for cats and dogs. This looks at the colors flowing in their auric field, and also their chakras.
I am also very proud of my crystal creations. I never thought I was very good at making anything. Opening my left side, and that energy flowing definitely showed my I can. Making unique pendulums, crystal crowns, bracelets, and headbands make me so proud. Infusing intention and healing in every crystal and each twist of the wire. Healing the world one creation at a time. 🙂
What matters most to you?
Being genuine and real in everything I do. Because if you’re not real. Nothing really matters.
