Hi Alyssa, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Blissful Rentals & Events originated from a passion to create peacefulness amidst the chaos of wedding planning. Having personally experienced the stress inherent in this process , I get how stressful it can be. My husband and I were a Covid wedding and had the unwanted stress of pushing our day back twice was a nightmare.

Helping my clients alleviate any stress and making sure they take in all the moments, is really want makes me thrive in this industry. Turning my relatability into something that can help them along the way.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road hasn’t always been paved. The wedding industry is not consistent , at least for me. I still work a full time job in the dental field, which I have been doing for 13 years.
Putting all my reserved energy into my business by replying to emails, meetings and day of wedding coordinator services along with trying maintain an online presence has been challenging. I feel you can only promote yourself so much and you have to get creative with your posts or they get overlooked.

I do get a lot of referrals from past clients. I’ve been blessed to be a part of several sets of siblings wedding day. Word of mouth is huge in the wedding industry.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We offer three main wedding/ event services. Decor rental, Event Decorator and day of wedding coordinator services.

We take pride in being an affordable option to our clients, without sacrificing their needs on their big day.

Taking the time to learn the needs and wants makes all the difference.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
The trends are constantly changing and will continue because nobody wants to have a boring wedding. Everyone wants to have an amazing wedding that people still talk about.
Keeping up with the latest trends goes a long way especially when it comes to my decor rental option and making sure I have what is popular.

Pricing:

  • Decor Rental $375 +tax for access to all our wedding inventory
  • Event Decorator starts at $475. The service include setting up the ceremony and reception areas.
  • Day of Wedding Coordinator starts at $975. The service includes up to 10 hours of coverage on the day of your wedding timeline, creation, vendor management and guest services. This also includes decorating the ceremony and reception spaces.
