Today we’d like to introduce you to Reanna Stevenson
Hi ReAnna, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my fashion styling career in June of 2018 when I attended a fashion program in New York called Miss Hylton Fashion Academy.
The program was for one year . Upon completion and graduating the program I worked as an intern for celebrity stylist such as Jason Rembert and Miss Hylton.
I have been able to work on serval projects such as music videos, commercials, television series, fashion shows and so much more.
It’s been a true blessing to do something I love to do and to be apart of major projects.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
In my opinion there isn’t a smooth road in anything . I was able to learn many things along the way . I wouldn’t say they were struggles but more of of learning experiences.
My main learning experience was just to not give up.
Living in Ohio fashion styling is not big vs living major cities such as New York or LA. I just learned to not give up on something I love.
Life will always come with challenges but pushing forward and not giving up is the key.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Some of my proudest moments were working on music videos for artist such as Rapsody , City Girls as well as Ghost season 4 and several shows for NYFW.
What I feel that sets me apart from from others is that I’m always willing to be a student.
I’ll never be a person to who claims to know and has done everything . I’m always willing to learn and be a student.
Success is measured by always being able and willing to learn and totes h others.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up I always loved fashion. I would always read magazines and be so intrigued with how they were styled.
I was always shopping and loved to put looks together. It was my thing.
I remember being around 4 or 5 years and always knowing how I wanted to look and what I wanted to wear.
I was a quiet girl but loved to express myself through my wardrobe.
