Today we’d like to introduce you to Courtney Kozek.

Hi Courtney, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today. 
We are a family medicine clinic that strives to give excellent access to quality care. By not using insurance we are able to give clear monthly pricing for primary care. Most doctors care for over 2,000 patients and it takes 6 months to get a 15-minute appointment. Here we only look after 600 patients per Dr, only do 1hr appointments, and you always get to see the same Dr. Monthly memberships include all visits and any procedures that we can perform, including sutures, joint injections, EKGs, urine tests, skin tag removals, and abscess drainage. We do onsite bloodwork at a fraction of the insurance-based prices and have our own on-site pharmacy 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Very smooth road. We expected to recruit 160 patients in the first year, and we ended up with 430.

We specialize in all family medicine aspects. Our youngest patient is 2 months old, and our eldest is 98years 

We are always accessible and can get new patients seen within 48hrs compared to the 6-month wait for most practices and we always have same-day access. 

We work particularly well for those with no insurance or high-deductible plans 

What matters most to you?
Access and quality. We are very focused on preventative care and would rather deal with things quickly and effectively than have people waiting for the care that they need

• 21-64yrs – $70 (for Courtney PA) or $100 for Dr Berry
• 65yrs + $80 (for Courtney PA) or $110 for Dr.Berry
