I started painting everyday, visiting galleries, and posting my work on social media. Slowly I started to notice that others saw what I saw in my paintings and began to have some success. Eventually I decided to move to the Los Angeles area with my wife in search of a strong art community and more opportunities to show my work. I’ve been in California for 4 years now. Today, I have a good studio with plenty of room for my largest paintings and a few upcoming shows. I feel really grateful to be able to do what I love every day and the ability to focus on painting entirely. Painting gave me a purpose in life. Read More>>

That November evening, asking my dad if he would take this journey with me to change my life was the best leap of faith on myself I ever took. Now, I work full-time for myself doing my dream job. Back in college, I wanted to be in this industry but I was scared of the risks. My journey began with a deep desire to create something more—a life where purpose, freedom, and authenticity were at the forefront. November 2023 I was on my average daily prayer walk praying for my usual things when the Holy Spirit spoke clearly asking me to host a praise concert to unite the church and call His children to Him. I thought I was going crazy and looked around to see if maybe it was meant for someone else. I went home and told my husband and he agreed that I must be crazy. I am not in music of any kind nor is my circle of friends and family musicians. This seemed so out of left field Read More>>

I was born in May of 1968. My artistic journey began at age 4. I had an uncle who was a gifted artist who would sketch the mosting intimidating beasts, and I would copy him. It wasn’t long that I felt I was better than him (being a child, I wasn’t very realistic). My parents realized my inclination for creative things and every Christmas and birthday was an easy task; paint sets, play dough, building blocks, puppets. I developed a natural knack for anything artistic. At age 6 I was enrolled in a youth program at The Columbus College of Art & Design, and I remember my first project was with paper mache. I hated it because the program was Saturday mornings. I did not enjoy missing my cartoons! So I quit the program. Read more>>
